Information you provide

Depending on the form, you may provide your name, contact details, address, date of birth, education and work experience, training preferences, references, exam answers, or feedback. Some peer-support application questions request sensitive information about diagnosis, mental health, substance use, or recovery experience. Submit only information requested for your application; do not include additional medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment-card details in free-text fields.

Application and registration information is used to review eligibility, arrange training, communicate with applicants and references, administer courses and exams, and respond to questions. Evaluation responses help assess training. If you provide information about another person, obtain their permission first.

Website services and payments

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Website and form information is processed through the services used to operate the site. Squarespace may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages, and usage information. Some course payments use Square checkout. Information entered on Square’s payment pages is handled under Square’s Privacy Policy. Other courses may use an invoice after application review. Do not send card details through application forms or email.
